Responsibilities:
  • Process online enquiries and feedback from social media other online platforms.
  • Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls bilingually and effectively
  • Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
