Online Sales Assistant
Job Description
- Well organized, Good attention to details, strong analytical & always follow-up on pending tasks;- Able to work independently;- Comfortable with using computer daily;- With / without knowledge is acceptable (Training will be provided);- Experience in online marketing / E-commerce would be an advantage.- Fresh graduate and Entry level are welcome.- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, BMResponsibilities- Daily operations includes order processing, manage returns, chats- Assist and resolve customers order issues or enquiries via WhatsApp, E-mail, or phone;- To monitor SKUs availability and monitor low stocks & stock replenishment;- Coordinate daily deliveries with delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfilment;- Able to handle multiple online marketplace platforms, e-commerce operations, and projects when required (new SKUs upload to platforms etc);- Ad Hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.Benefits
