Featured Online Sales Engineer (Contract, 12 Months) My client is a world-renowned and major player in the automation manufacturing industry with a strong local and global presence. With a wide range of products and solutions, and applications across different industries, they are currently looking to expand their multi-channel sales team. They are looking for an energetic, sales driven and well-spoken Online Sales Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities Successful conversion of quotations to orders via Online Shop from leads, prospects & customers in Online Sales Channel Plan & orgnize outbound calls as part of daily sales routine to promote Online Shop for Online Sales Channel customers. Implement direct sales selling skills to manage customer relationship & needs Handles situation which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Follow through lead nurturing process to assist customers onboarding to Online Shop platform. Attend to inquiries and assist the customers in resolving problems with the goal of onboarding customers to make purchase via Online Shop which requires extensive knowledge of products & knowledge of the company with problem solving skills. Plan daily sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & other relevant applications as sales support tools. Requirements Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or related field Fluent in English communication skills, written and verbal.
