Job Description

Responsibilities- Handling customers questions, inquiries and complaints thru social media platform.- Follow up existing customers and potential customers.- Assist in online sales progress during live session.- Assist in product packaging and product delivery.- Assist in the boutique when needed.- Achieved sales targets.- Prepare daily call report, weekly work plan and monthly sales report.- Key in detail customers into the system.Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelors degree with related sales & marketing experience.- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiations, strong planning and presentation skills.- Result oriented, analytical, resourceful, self-motivated- Independent and good time management skills.- Expert in handling social media platforms.- Able to host and conduct live streaming on social media.Benefits for joining us* Performance bonus (P&C)* Career development* Increment* Company trips* Annual dinnerWhat do you need to have* Polite and responsible* Willing to travel and possess own transportation with valid driving license* Able to work extra hours if needed* Able to work under challenging & fast working environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per monthBenefits:
