We are looking for a Online Sales Lead- Pure Players & Retailer.com to join our team. In this role, you will support our rapidly growing and evolving business where you will need to lead and manage team members including sales and marketing to drive sales target and to convey a consistent brand image that attracts and encourages sales through online transaction via online platforms: Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok and others.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Guide and lead team members including sales and marketing to drive sales target through definition of strategic initiatives, and to convey a consistent brand image that attracts and encourages sales through online transaction via online platforms: Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok and others.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of and thought leadership in ecommerce landscape, business management, product & online channel strategy to build strategic plans, including key strategic initiatives & operating plans with clear goals, execution plan and metrics.
  • Manage Key Account Managers & be the main "Point of Contact" between internal & external parties
  • Plan weekly and monthly promos/new product launches with business units & marketing team for each Shop-in-Shop, to ensure our brand is No.1 and capture increase online market share.
  • Conduct pre & post evaluation on effectiveness of marketing channels/content
  • Manage day-to-day operations & sales coordination, management of stock & logistics, budget, P&L, reports, and approvals
  • Ability to manage and build strong relationship multiple stakeholders - HQ, RHQ, business units, and partners

Skills and Qualifications
  • 8 years working experience in E-Commerce / Online / Marketing
  • Experience in sales support, sales, merchandising, online marketing, business operations, etc
  • Knowledge of HTML & Analytic Tools like Google Analytics, platform sales and operations.
  • Good presentation and power point skills.
  • Strong Leadership and Teamwork capability
  • High energy and comfort level towards working in a fast-paced and matrix organization environment
  • Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with key stakeholders and ability to drive consensus, execution across teams, multi-function organization and different level of hierarchy
