Job Description

1. Vehicle Management



Handle

road tax renewal (yearly)

,

insurance renewal

, and

PUSPAKOM inspection

(twice yearly). Keep updated records for each vehicle's expiry dates and inspection schedules. Manage

Touch 'n Go

,

Shell cards

, and fuel usage documentation. Liaise with workshops and authorities when needed.

2. Driver & Outlet Coordination



Assign outlets to each driver according to their

area

Ensure drivers complete

daily targets

Track driver performance and outlet coverage daily. Update outlet lists for new openings and coordinate with the

storekeeper

for goods preparation. Plan and adjust area servicing schedules efficiently based on outlet distribution.

3. Reporting & Admin Tasks



Prepare

monthly driver commission

and

sales performance reports

. Record and track

Delivery Orders

,

Return Notes

, and related documents in the system. Support management in monitoring daily operations and highlighting issues early.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
