As an operation admin we assigned you an operations coordinator, your duties may involve overseeing employee scheduling, monitoring projects, inspecting equipment, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Operations admin work closely with maintenance and Head of Operations. Additional qualifications include excellent interpersonal and project management skills, as well as prior work experience in a similar industry.
Oversee daily operations of the office
Schedule and coordinate the project management given to HOO
Ensure all hotel property is functioning properly
Monitor supply stock of equipment or material and place orders as needed
Main : Ensure all task repairing and maintaining well which done by the maintenance are ready to use and safe to guest.
Keep a master calendar of schedules and vacations of maintenance staff
Organize and update maintenance documentation as needed
Answer phones, emails, and conduct basic clerical work
Keep conference hall, the rooms and hotel area clean, neat, and well-stocked
