To assist in departmental daily operations such as Admin, Production, Maintenance etc.
Managing day-to-day office/outlet operations administrative department (include managing licenses such as business license, music license, roadshow license, and utilities such as TNB, internet, telephone)
Handling & monitoring logistic activities and Stock Transfer (ST) transactions.
Perform daily administrative duties such as data entry, documentation processing, and filing systematically.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirement:
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic email etiquette
Able to work under pressure and handle tight timeline
Organised, responsible and detail-oriented person
Candidate must possess at least SPM Level in any field.
Candidate with working experience in operation company will be an added advantage.
