Order Management & Coordination
- Handle and process customer orders via phone and email.
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Maintain proper order records and follow up on customized orders.
2. Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels for ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
- Record stock usage and assist in stock planning.
- Prepare purchase requests and liaise with suppliers upon approval.
3. Customer Service
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates.
4. Operations & Administrative Support
- Support daily bakery operations and internal coordination.
- Prepare basic operational, sales, and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper filing and up-to-date records.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
