4. Job Summary



The Warehouse & Logistics Administrator reports to the Operations Executive / Operations Manager and is responsible to organize the storage and distribution of goods to ensure the right products are delivered. To oversee the daily delivery/receiving activities including planning, coordinating and executing activities in a timely manner to meet business requirements

5. Key Responsibilities



5.1 In charge of Warehouse & logistics coordination activities.

5.2 Processing Delivery Orders.

5.3 Plan and monitor day to day manpower/transportation schedule such as local deliveries, trucks, load beds, trailers based on inter-department requirements.

5.4 Oversee and supervise daily incoming and outgoing deliveries.

5.5 Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery and collection of goods according to established schedules and delivery routes to meet KPIs.

5.6 Ensure strict adherence to procedures and policies in the dispatch area.

5.7 Processing of invoices from third party logistics.

5.8 Scheduling and planning of production job orders.

5.9 In charge of declaration of Export permit (K2).

5.10 Work closely with Singapore headquarters on timely order deliveries.

5.11 General filing, data entry, sorting and archiving of documents.

5.12 Administration of paperwork for petty cash claims.

5.13 Inventory stock monitoring and tracking.

5.14 To submit CIPL, DO & K2 form to Finance for month end closing.

5.15 Any other tasks as assigned.

6. Job Requirements



6.1 Educational Qualification and Experience

Diploma Levels or its equivalent Minimum 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience in administrative function
6.2 Skills and Abilities

Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Good organization, interpersonal skills Possess good computer knowledge Ability to read/write and converse in Malay is preferred
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
