Salary: MYR 2,300 - MYR 2,800 Per Month

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Type: Full Time

Requirements:

Preferably with at least one year of work experience in administration and logistic roles with minimum supervision.

Proficiency in any Inventory software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Immediate availability will be an additional advantage.

Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and liaise with Inventory & Production departments for material requests upon receiving Sales Orders.

Ensure stock take is conducted monthly and provide closing stock records to the accounts department.

Plan daily logistic arrangements, including own lorry and outsource lorries for project deliveries.

Liaise with Design and Technical departments on production drawings for outsource suppliers.

Arrange import/export shipments, liaise with forwarding agents, and prepare related documents for customs clearance.

Prepare delivery orders and outgoing checklists before goods delivery to site.

Arrange for Lorry's PUSPAKOM inspection and upkeep.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for operational activities.
