Job Description

Provide administrative support for daily production and operations activities Prepare, maintain, and organize operational documents, reports, and records Coordinate between production, warehouse, purchasing, and management teams Track production schedules, manpower records, and operational KPIs Handle purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and supplier documentation

GMP & Documentation Control



Maintain GMP and food safety documentation Ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready at all times Assist in internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections Monitor document revisions, version control, and filing systems Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) documentation

Inventory & Supply Coordination



Assist in monitoring raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing on stock usage and replenishment Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies

General Support



Assist Operations / Production Manager with ad-hoc tasks and reporting Support training record tracking and staff documentation Ensure administrative processes comply with company policies and food safety requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
