Job Responsibilities: Operations: -To oversee in bus planning, liaison with dispatchers, drivers and Operation Lead. -Evaluate and recommend changes in preferred work methods to increase productivity of dispatch operations. -Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate time line. People: -To communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable. -Monitor attendance, productivity, and other performance markers and provide counseling and/or recognition to associates as needed. Safety: -Ensure day-to-day management and associate activities are in alignment with the location safety strategy -Provide associates with communication, training, feedback, and direction to ensure safe performance Growth / Customer Experience: -To understand the location-specific customer goals & objectives -Ensure the customer knows that we are committed to helping them meet their objectives -Determine areas that could benefit from Continuous Improvement efforts. Job Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Transportation, Logistic/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent. -Able to perform multi task and assist in ad-hoc duties -Self-motivated and has an organized working attitude -Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply -Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru & Kuala Lumpur Benefits: -Allowances RM2000 per month -Socso & EIS -Medical Allowances -8 months program duration
