Contacting clients over the phone or via email and managing their request
Organizing and storing files for easily reference
Keeping inventory of the office's supplies
Making copies of documents or sending faxes for other team members
Organizing records, performing filing, managing calendars, and acting as general point of contact
Providing general office support and administrative duties, including but not limited to: generating Delivery Order and Invoices, general data entries, summarizing transport documents and etc.
Assist in operating support activities
