Job Description

Position: Operations & Admin Clerk


Location: Masai, Johor



Education & Experience:



Minimum SPM qualification. At least 1 year of working experience in a clerical role.

Knowledge & Skills:



Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:



Update manpower movement chart for Johor-based manpower daily. Collect timesheets for all jobs done in Johor and submit to EW HQ by the 5th of every month. Prepare RT reports for all RT work undertaken in Johor and jobs under Johor's scope. Create MOB orders and update manpower for all jobs undertaken in Johor. Create manpower modules for all newly hired manpower in the operations department, including freelancers. Collect and verify project allowance claims of Johor-based manpower and submit to EW HQ together with timesheets. Collect and verify RT incentive claims of Johor-based manpower and submit to EW HQ together with timesheets. Update the "Jobs Done" tracking for all jobs undertaken in Johor and jobs under Johor's scope.
