Responsibilities and Authorities:



1. Perform checking for documents submitted by Haulage drivers.

2. Key in the claims made by drivers, allowance through our in-house developed system

3. Manage payment inventory in SQL System for toll claims (without rate value).

4. Filling up all documents after key in and submit to CS department.

5. Assist in observing GPS System for the maintenance and repairing of faulty GPS signal.

6. To answer all incoming telephone call promptly..Coordinate the incoming and outgoing documentation via courier.

7. Willing to work overtime, if requested by the company.

Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):



1. Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

2. Proficient in basic office skills such as Word,Excel, Powerpoint and etc.

3. Possess a mature and independent personality with a positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.

Able to work independently as well as in team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
