1. Operational Support - Coordinate procurement activities such as sourcing suppliers, collecting quotes, and processing orders. - Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. - Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing operational procedures and workflows.
2. Coordination & Communication - Communicate with internal teams, vendors and transporters to run the daily operation smoothly. - Maintain clear communication channels and make sure information is shared promptly across parties involved. - Actively communicate with sellers, vendors and transporters to get new projects.
3. Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for operational activities.
4. Administrative Support - Manage safety rules and regulations of workplace. - Manage waste disposal activities of workplace. - Manage licence/permit renewal activities of warehouse.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles. - Fresh graduate is recommended to apply. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
