Job Summary

The Operation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily operational activities -- from tracking orders and coordinating with the factory team to ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, quick problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations between sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Delivery & Planning Coordination:: Track and monitor order progress from sales confirmation to delivery completion Track and monitor order progress from sales confirmation to delivery completion. Assist in preparing and updating operation reports, schedules, and project trackers. Handle operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary. Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear updates and swift resolution of any issues. Support continuous improvement efforts within the operations department, focusing on better coordination and efficiency. Work closely with the Operation Executive to review and resolve quality-related issues or customer complaints. Investigate root causes, propose corrective actions, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
