JOB POSITION
Operation Customer Fulfillment Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up appointments with customers to complete their loan documentation and disburse funds. They will also handle all customer inquiries during the application journey to ensure a positive customer. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in delivering customer experience, this is the ideal position for you.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Handle customer inquiries from potential customers regarding loan applications and manage the process all the way to loan closing.
Contact customers to set appointments and maintain the online appointment bookings calendar to ensure that customers have a positive experience with their bookings.
Collect and prepare documents for closing a loan, and coordinate the process, with the sales, credit and operations teams.
Review customer applications and documentation to check for errors and when necessary, take action to correct those errors.
Prepare the loan agreements in the system and have them ready for customers to sign.
Prepare the loan stamping, notarization and mailing of customer loan copies within the regulatory guidelines.
During customer, appointments obtain all missing information, evaluate all documents for accuracy and assist eliminate all fraud and resolve all discrepancies.
Provide assistance to all existing and new clients and assist to resolve all issues via various channels.
Answer phone calls from existing and potential customers and develop leads for telesales teams including doing the verification for customer leads.
Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact resolution and negotiating a positive outcome for the customer and instaDuit.
Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.
Navigate computer systems and applications to serve our customers, and enable them to get the most from our customer experience directly and on online/mobile platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least STPM, Diploma or Degree.
Prior experience in similar customer-facing operations roles in financial institutions preferably banking or insurance or hospitality industries.
Good communication skills in writing and speaking (Malay and English).
A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in related fields is highly preferred.
Demonstrate personal excellence by remaining positive in difficult situations.
Display a passion to serve by delivering outstanding service in every interaction with our customers.
The ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as multitask, using multiple systems and digital tools to service our customers.
Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills.
Strong PC skills and experience with CRM or CSS systems like Zendesk, Salesforce etc.
Willing to fulfil 45 hours working per week.
Applicable for Malaysian citizens only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month.
