Requirements

• At least 2 years prior experience in the same or equivalent field
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to details
• The capacity to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Basic computer proficiency
• Good understanding of company policies and procedures
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the business
• Coordinating with different departments
• Maintaining and updating records and databases
• Preparing reports on operational activity
• Responding to customer queries
• Providing support on business processes and procedures
• Building relationships with customers
• Handling and providing solutions and alternatives for customer complaints
• Following up with customers to ensure resolution
• Filing documents
