\xc2\xb7 To assist superior to handle of all operations related administrative, sales support, inventory and technical duties. \xc2\xb7 To understand and competently carry out duties with accordance to ISO9001 and company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Policy, Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) without compromise. \xc2\xb7 Administrative support tasks included but not limited to issue Delivery order (DO), Purchase Order (PO), service order, invoices, quotation, vendor registration and etc. \xc2\xb7 Operations tasks included but not limited to prepare and compile contract workers overtime payroll, machine utilization, daily collection checklist and storage tanks activities. \xc2\xb7 To effectively communicate with other departmental executives and heads regarding operation matters and disposal of schedule waste in compliance with Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974. \xc2\xb7 To assist to prepare all operations and sales support related reports, presentations and proposals as stipulated by the superiors. \xc2\xb7 To work with schedule waste team for constantly seeking improvement on operations cycle time and cost. \xc2\xb7 To assist day-to-day administrative matters related to operations workers. \xc2\xb7 To consult his superiors for instruction at all times on urgent matters and in case of any doubt. \xc2\xb7 To assist to monitor and update of work progress as when required; meanwhile ensuring good housekeeping, machinery building upkeep & maintenance and safety of office and schedule waste store. \xc2\xb7 To assist in any other jobs / functions assigned by the Management / superiors as when required, in the related fields. Authorities: \xc2\xb7 Approval for duty roster/ overtime arrangement/ changes as when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Others authorities empower by superior relating to the responsibility. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must be possessed at least Diploma or Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Environmental Engineering/ etc. \xc2\xb7 Requires language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin/ Cantonese are an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Preferably with working experience in the process industries; oil & gas, chemicals, petrochemical fields or schedule waste recycling industry. \xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively both oral and writing to technical and non-technical persons \xc2\xb7 Details, specific and hands-on in approach with good analytical skills \xc2\xb7 High commitment on execution, aggressive, dynamic and result oriented \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, able to work independently and work pressure with under tight schedule \xc2\xb7 Able to work with minimum resources Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
