BRIEF

As Operation Engineer, the primary role is to monitor and control plant operations from the central control room, ensuring process efficiency, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Operate and monitor plant processes from the central control room to ensure optimal performance and production output. Conduct regular inspections and checks to identify and resolve operational issues. Implement operating procedures and protocols to maintain safe and efficient plant operations. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards. Conduct emergency operations for electric service and protecting station equipment. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Preferably male candidates due to shift working hours. Willing to work in shifts. Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical or any related field. 1-3 years of production/Operation in Oleo/Petrochemical or Refinery. Experience with DCS/SCADA is added advantage. Well verbal and written communication skills in Malay & English Possess knowledge of safety, security and first aid policies and procedures. Possess knowledge of record keeping principles and practices.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
