We are looking for a

dedicated engineer to be based in Johor

, stationed at a factory to support the client's daily plant operations and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the factory's daily operation and ensure processes run safely and smoothly. Oversee routine maintenance activities and highlight any abnormalities or required corrective actions. Assist the factory's management team in planning and coordinating plant operations. Keep records of production, downtime, equipment issues, and preventive maintenance schedules. Provide weekly reports to Answer Engineering and the client on plant performance and notable findings. Support troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and good engineering practices. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields). Experience in palm oil mills, biomass plants, or industrial utilities is an advantage. Good understanding of basic engineering principles and willingness to learn mill operations. Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. Able to be stationed full-time at the client's palm oil mill in Johor.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
