Position Title: Operations Executive (Concierge, Mandarin speaker)
Salary range: RM3500 - RM4000 + night shift allowance (per night basis) + statutory contributions + leave entitlement.
Working hours: Rotational Shift (5 working days & 2 off days)
Working address: PJ, Amcorp Mall (Accessible via LRT Taman Jaya)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers in Mandarin and English to troubleshoot issue.
  • Support both front and back office operations.
  • Keep track of received data and source documents
  • Contact preparer of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, missing data, etc.
  • Sort and prepares documents for imaging
  • Correct captured data accurately in a pre-determined data entry system
  • Manage processed and unprocessed documents
  • Maintain an effective and efficient records management system
  • Generate reports and responds to inquiries related to entered data upon request
  • Process various forms
  • Protect customer information
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and Supervisors.
  • Provide and maintain the high standard of customer service to program members.
  • Ensure that member enquiries are responded to and actioned promptly
  • Responsible for actioning redemption requests via the Matrix CRM system and managing member information through the member database
  • Document and track issues that require additional technical resource support and follow through on any unresolved enquiries within promised time frames
  • Ensure all documentation required by other departments to service member\'s request is completed promptly and in accordance to the operations procedures
  • Resolve difficult customer issues that arise or escalate complaints to the Team Leader
  • Coach and educate Members on the value-add products, such as overall benefits of the program
  • Complete general administration tasks and follow-up on customer enquiries
  • Attend informational program overviews as required
  • Maintain compliance of monitoring guidelines
Requirements:
  • Min. Malaysian SPM Holder
  • Having excellent writing and spoken skills in English and Mandarin
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good working attitude, passionate, energetic and customer oriented.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Work well under minimal supervision and independently.
  • Being able to work on shifts and weekends as assigned.
  • Work well as a team to grow and provide constructive feedbacks for improvement
