This roll will be overseeing KL & Cheras outlet.
Responsible for the overall retail operations and to deliver an excellent service.
Responsible for Sales Planning, Inventory Management, Costing, productivity & efficiency of the retail.
Supervises daily operation and monitors compliance with all office policies, standards, and procedures, compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Supervise and train the front-liner job duty meet the company requirement.
Ensure the sales target are achievable and work closely with departmental store buyers or operation personnel to seek the opportunity to enhance the sales.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Retail Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in retail industry, similar position and operational experience would have an added advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
Experience and familiar with in Franchise or License Agreements
Should have a high level of confidence and possess the ability to communicate with high level executives and business owners.
