Job description Responsible for the daily operation management matters and administrative jobs. Responsible for any documentation for guard regarding operation matters and operational requirements Responsible to update Operation Staff and Guard attendance by daily/weekly Preparing working duty roster schedule for Operation Staff Prepare and submit monthly operation documentation such as deduction listing, penalty listing, attendance and others to HR Department Assisting HR Department to assign suitable Patrolling Officer/Officer in Charge for fomema arrangement, bring new guard to open account bank and others. Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters. Perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time Job requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/Diploma in Management Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English At least 1 year(s) of working experience Fresh graduate are encourage to apply Benefits: Accessible with public transport (MRT, LRT, Bus).
