Location : Subang Jaya
Salary : RM 2,600 - 3,200

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to get goods cleared through customs formalities and declaration
- Prepare and ensure all necessary documents in place and filled before the cargo arrives in port.
- To input/ update data in the computer systems
- Coordinate with customer service team for shipment arrangement
- Assist to deal with shippers/ consignees\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
- Assist to handle invoices with clients and finance department
- Update shipment status & required information to customers
- Assist to prepare documents (Bill of Lading/HAWB / invoice, etc)
- Send pre-alert to destination agent & follow up destination clearance/delivery status
- Follow up D/O from agent/vendor
- Adhere to all SOPs and compliance procedures
- To perform any other tasks as and when required
- Hands-on experience and familiar with customs declaration and formalities in Malaysia.
- Basic Knowledge On HS Codes
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability in dealing with Customs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive, meticulous, team player, initiative with positive work attitude
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
