\xe2\x80\xa2 To review and monitor the daily retail operation of outlets \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct internal operational audits, review audit results and recommend for process improvement as and when required \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out investigation or special assignment pertaining to specific operational issues when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in development, review and implementation of operational policies, procedures and guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist retail sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annually sales target. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in motivating, provide idea and action plan, support and educating the retail sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor all sales and operation related activities with proper SOP, aiming to ensure the efficiency & effectiveness (manpower shift arrangement & Recruitment, store cleanliness, store maintenance, sales target, overtime, leave management, stocks and inventory, store licensing, new outlet planning & etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning the promotion and handle monthly promotion setting in the system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the daily sales and prepare the sales report to the Manager/Finance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle the stocks count and inventory control (including stock allocation and weekly stocks transfer) in stores. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct internal operational audits, review audit results and recommend for process improvement as and when required. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, resourceful with high level of integrity \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1-2 years of working experience in Retail field/Handling outlet operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to prioritize, multi-task and handle tasks independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Goal oriented, organised team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word \xe2\x80\xa2 Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
