Operation Executive (shah Alam)
Job Description
1) Knowledge of shipping documentation (import/export/LC/documentation and Bill of Lading) in accordance to the country customer rules and regulations
2) Advise clients of factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting their shipments.
3) Send all necessary information and documentation to clients/ agents/ sea company/ forwarders accurately and punctually
4) Maintain good relations with agents, carriers and customers
5) Monitoring drivers during on job operations
6) Monitoring daily Logistic Activities on a daily basis to prevent or minimise big incident or complain for customer
7) To ensure fulfil assignments given on a daily basis
8) Submission of required reports from Superior
9) Other duties as assign
10) Book the consignment (freight/transporters/ forwarders) in accordance with costs and price strategy of the company
