Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining the company HQ building and supporting the operational functions of all outlets.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance tasks in compliance with health and safety standards, as well as the general upkeep of facilities.
• Handle local authority documentation, business and signage licenses, insurance, road tax, workshop maintenance & repair matters, fire drills etc.
• Establish and execute related maintenance processes.
• Oversee the companies providing services to the company - Security, cleaning, and sub-contractors as necessary.
• Design and implement an asset tracking system.
• Ensure all reports and records are accurate, complete.
• Coordinate with appointed contractors, suppliers and internal supporting departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing tools and props when required.
• Perform data verification of information in a timely manner.
• Monitor and update the progress of pending cases and matters, including monitoring deadlines, due dates, reminder lists, and following up with agents as required.
• Any other job duties as and when required.

• Degree in electrical or electronics or mechanical engineering discipline or related field.
• Experience in retail and industrial environments would be added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Must have own transport.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Good communication skills.
