Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager - Operations to lead and manage end-to-end logistics and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, service quality, and continuous business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations Develop strategic operational plans and SOP improvements Lead and manage drivers, operations team, and support staff Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations Monitor fleet performance, delivery schedules, and productivity Manage budget, cost control, and operational KPIs Liaise with customers, vendors, government bodies, and internal departments Handle incident management, service recovery, and operational risks Support management with reporting and operational decision-making

Requirements

Minimum 7 years experience in logistics/transportation/warehouse operations Proven leadership experience in operations management (preferably GM/AGM/Manager level) Strong understanding of fleet management & logistics processes Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office and logistics reporting systems Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage) Able to commute to Klang office daily

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field Experience handling container haulage & warehouse operations

Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
