Logistic Management 1. Manage the inbound loads and coordinate to ensure accurate arrival times Check, confirm, inform shipment details and follow up on import process to all related party to ensure the smooth shipment and Distribution. 2. Analysis costs, delivery clearance and plan. Prepare related documents for shipment, ensure document are completed and in line with government regulation and company policy. 3. Manages all Third-Party Logistics Service Providers\xe2\x80\x99 contract and ensure KPIs are met. Monitor, raise, communicate and negotiate request or order with all related parties (both internal or external) to ensure shipments have sufficient free time. 4. Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize stock storage plan in different warehouses to achieve efficient inbound process. Responsible for reporting related to preparation of cost report, monthly arrivals and other related reports. 5. Carrier Contract negotiations and compliance Development of carrier scorecards and formalized, structured carrier business reviews. Develop and implement process improvements Identifies areas of improvement with focus on efficiency and cost savings. Operations Management 1.To lead and to drive the Operations team to achieve the targets set for contractual KPIs, which include inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, on-time dispatch, and on-time receiving and delivery turn-around. 2. Establish, train, test, measure, validate, document, and improve standard operating procedure (SOP) Resolve any operational matters in a timely manner, escalate crucial matters to management, and provide relevant information for decision making. 3. Measure productivity, perform benchmarking and drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assets and resources available Ensure daily, weekly, monthly or any periodical reports are submitted timely and accurately 4. Manage and monitor staff/workers performance Health, Safety, Security, and safety 5. Work closely with the customers in HSSE audits and to take corrective action to close any major or minor non-compliance observations Financial Management Meet financial objectives in controlling expenses, prevent reject, and maintain or exceed established account profitability. 6. Respond to the client requests and/or communication in a timely manner Develop a professional relationship and build rapport with the clients to create a win-win and long-term partnership. Educational Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma or related field. Having Logistics related certificate will an added advantage; Min. 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in related field (logistics & warehousing); 2. Minimum of 3 years experience. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong knowledge of WMS/RF; experience with voice pick technology is a plus. 3. Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills. PC skills including proficiency in use of MS Word & Excel 4. Having experience in 3rd party logistics (3PL) will be an added advantage; Good communication skills, able to write and converse effectively in English and Malay Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Schedule:
