About the company:

Our client is a Hong Kong-listed company with an overseas subsidiary in Kulai, Johor. The company focuses on prefabricated data center solutions and integrated energy systems covering power generation, grid, load, and storage. It also specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of electrical distribution cabinets, power transmission and distribution equipment, electronic components, and new energy products.

Responsibilities:

Lead the formulation and breakdown of annual/quarterly operational plans and budget systems for overseas factories, establishing an unified operational framework and standardized processes (SOP). Establish a global performance monitoring mechanism to ensure effective execution and achievement of strategic plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) by all operations teams. Drive the localization and continuous improvement of the operational system in different regions. Oversee compliance and risk management of the global operations system, and develop business continuity plans to ensure stable and efficient global business operations.

Requirements:

Master's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in overseas factory operations (in Malaysia or outside Malaysia) and over 3 years of multinational team management experience. Exceptional cross-cultural leadership, strategic thinking, and influence within a matrix organization, with the ability to balance global and local needs effectively. Excellent command of English; proficiency in a second foreign language is an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally frequently, with strong resilience and problem-solving ability in complex and dynamic global environments.
