Staff Supervision
: Lead and train the staff, providing guidance according to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
Financial Oversight
: Monitor the food court's profit and loss, propose solutions to improve profitability, and manage monthly stall rentals.
Vendor Relations
: Maintain good working relationships with stall tenants and relevant authorities, assisting during inspections and negotiations for lease renewals.
Quality Control
: Conduct regular checks on hygiene, service standards, and product quality, providing feedback to stall tenants to ensure high service levels.
Event Planning
: Propose and organize activities based on market needs to enhance customer engagement and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
minimum of 2-3 years experience in food service management or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
Understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and food safety.
Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and support staff in delivering excellent service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, vendors, and customers.
