Job Description

• Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the operations and reliability of building facilities and general infrastructure.
• Ensure that the warehouse and logistics teams operate at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse and logistics employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
• Develops, recommends, and administers policies, procedures, and processes in support of grounds and building security, upkeep and maintenance operations; implements and monitors compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management and delivery.
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Takes ownership of the inventory management and responsible for stock accuracy.
• Solely responsible for managing the logistics team, including truck maintenance schedules, efficiency, and routes.
