Job Description


Responsibilities Manage food courts operation Oversee overall business performance of food courts. Manage teams and enforce SOP Run promotional activities together with Management team Manage and analyze delivery platforms for traffic and profitability Monitor and control manpower cost Ensure delivery of excellent customer service experience Manage and plan for new location openings Conducting location analysis, market research, and prepare feasibility report to present to the Management Work with Management to drive company profitability & growth Job Requirement Qualification minimum diploma or degree in any field. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. At least 3 years of experience in F&B industry. Must possess own transport and willing to travel. Good coaching, analytical and managerial skills. A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills. Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
