Job Description

Operations managers are responsible to oversee production in a company and ensure maximized efficiency within an organization. They are the key members of management in the organization. They must have a broad overview of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s functions and work with multiple departments to ensure efficiency and uninterrupted business operations to meet targets in a timely manner. With various departments, operations manager must provide the necessary leadership and balance for the stability and growth of the business. As an operations manager, they are also responsible in maintaining better management reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning, and review operational policies and procedures.

Responsibility: -

• Ensure policies, procedures and processes are functioning, and keep operational issues to the minimum.
• Develops, reviews, updates, and implements business strategic planning including new product development, manufacturing performance and inventory management.
• Develops partnerships with existing and new customers to increase revenues.
• Manage budget & cost of manufacturing department to ensure the site is cost effective in all operation.
• Lead, motivate, supervise, and coach subordinates for better teamwork and productivity.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks \xe2\x80\x93 order processing, goods delivery coordination, reports, filing.

Qualifications: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Mandarin and English. The target market would include locals, Singapore & China.
• At least 3 years of exposure in the related field.
• Able to work independently without with minimal supervision as the company is currently expanding.
