Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Manage inventory control systems and ensure accuracy of stock records. Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse associates, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Ensure operational procedures are followed for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment. Manage budgets, prepare reports, and monitor KPIs related to warehouse productivity and accuracy. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations. Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.

Requirement

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics. Experience with warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, SAP, NetSuite).
