Job Description


Job Responsibility Organising, leading, hiring, training and developing the outlet service crew with high responsibilities and discipline according to company policies and procedures. Achieve company monthly sales targets by leading outlets service crew in promoting and upselling products/ promotions. Assuring that outlet service standards and guest expectations are met, always strive towards exceptional customer experience. Monitor stock inventory and ensure that all ingredient supplies and other essentials are well planned and forecast to ensure a smooth operation. . Monitor, analyse, and control all labour and inventory costs. This includes preparing the appropriate reports, charts, and schedules to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved. Monitor and conduct regular outlet audits, seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs, ensuring service level is on par. Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner. Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing Team for ongoing promotions, campaigns, and brand collaborations/ events. Work closely with the Human Resource department in recruiting outlets\' crew & attendance compiling. Work closely with the Brands department to ensure that the audit report is generated on time as well as necessary actions are taken by the licensee and headquarters post-audit. Designing and implementing new department operating policies and procedures as required. Regular reporting to Headquarter Top Management on outlet performance. Job Requirements Possess Certificate/Diploma/Degree in F&B Services Management or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in managing F&B outlets & similar role in hospitality environment Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and be extremely customer focused. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Office and F&B POS operating system and software (ie. Storehub or others) Basic knowledge on Management Accounts, Profit & Loss Account. Self-starter, able to work independently. Well-verse in read, write and speak Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, and local dialects would be an added advantage Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Able to work 6 days per week and support the operations after working hours when necessary.
