Screening, Interviewing, Hiring And Training Catering Staff
Prepare & Managing daily staff's work schedules & arrange for staff duties
Checking all 'Event Order' prepare by Sales Department & Liase with client if needed for verification of the 'Event Order'
Submit 'Event Order' to Operation team / kitchen
Monitor & manage operation staff on their preparation for coming events (eg : Arrangement of catering equipment , Rental of equipment , purchase of raw material, booking part timers)
Overseeing food preparation, presentation and storage
Site visit of event venue if require
Supervise & monitor event on function day
Monitoring their department's compliance with operational policies
Prepare report after functions and others reports when needed
Requirements
:
Previous experience as an operations supervisor (F&B) or similar role
