Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

Supervise day-to-day warehouse, logistics activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Monitor inbound and outbound processes, delivery schedules, and inventory movements.

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards.

Coordinate with the Operation Manager to address operational bottlenecks or resource gaps.

2. Staff Supervision and Training

Lead, coach, and motivate operational staff to achieve individual and team KPIs.

Plan and allocate manpower according to daily workload and delivery routes.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Train new employees on company SOPs, safety procedures, and equipment handling.

3. Logistics & Inventory Coordination

Oversee stock movement, order picking, checking, and dispatch operations.

Verify inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

Report discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods to the Operation Manager promptly.

4. Process Optimization

Identify areas for improvement in workflows and propose cost-effective solutions.

Monitor key performance metrics such as delivery accuracy, and staff productivity.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly operational reports (e.g., delivery logs, and staff attendance).

Maintain accurate documentation for compliance, audits, and internal reviews.

Support management in strategic planning and cost control initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
