• Educational Requirements: College degree or above, graduated from a major in electromechanical or HVAC, or have relevant working experience

• Language requirements: proficient in Mandarin & English
• Other requirements: good communication skills, skilled computer operation, and Proficient in office software such as EXCEL/WORD/PPT. independently edit report documents. Strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance. Strong learning ability. Experience in data center operation and maintenance is preferred

Tanggungjawab

• Daily inspection: project inspection, timely discovery Project equipment safety risks, check the inspection quality of each team member, timely point out the inspection problems of each team member, and promote closed-loop
• Fault maintenance: lead or guide project members to deal with difficult faults according to equipment parameters and alarm information. Do a good job in project spare parts management and work order management
• Equipment maintenance: assist the operation and maintenance manager to formulate a maintenance plan, and according to the maintenance plan, reasonably arrange project personnel and external resources to complete equipment maintenance and control the quality and progress of project maintenance
• Emergency event handling: organize project personnel to conduct daily drills according to the drill plan and EOP, and arrive at the site in time to handle events above level 2 and remotely track and handle emergency events of level 3 and below.
• Process construction: management of operation and maintenance personnel, event management, and cost management Standard process system, put forward optimization suggestions. Implement and implement the existing process system
• Personnel management: on-site interviews of project personnel, personnel training, performance management, code of conduct management and team atmosphere building daily events and improve customer satisfaction of
