About this opportunity

We are now looking for a tool, Process and HSE - INTERN that will be responsible to support for operational activities performed within local operations which perform field services, ensuring local team have the vital resources, training, processes, tools, and systems to carry out their activities with the adequate level of performance.

What you will do

To collect requirement and derive inputs for tool/apps development for use in Field Operation domain

Work with Project team in design solution, testing and implementation tools/apps

Establish UAT documents/acceptance criteria for tools/apps

Produce user manual and provide trainings

Establish and continuous optimization of field related O&M processes/guideline/SOP

Support Regional operation needs in IT related supports

Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the process.

Improvement/modernization of tools/apps in the field

Monthly tracking of tools/process related issues experiences and customer concern for support

Produce and output routine report.

You will bring

Graduating Student from any University in Malaysia

Currently taking any bachelor\'s degree (IT, Engineering or Business)

Willing to commit 3-month internship program

Happy to be an in a hybrid work set-up

Office location will be in Shah Alam
