RESPONSIBILITIES

Execution of tasks in operational purchasing by using appropriate tools and processes

Serve as back-office for Evonik Procurement Organization

Ensure purchase order processing, request for quotation and complaint management

Coordination of supplier selection, requirements and prices with responsible lead buyer or category manager

Provide adjusted/completed procurement process SOP where required

Ensuring compliance standards are held

Coordinate with Global operational procurement for such activities if and when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Procurement/Purchasing, Supply Chain

Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Procurement, Supply Chain and/or technical position

Good speaking, writing and reading skills in English and Mandarin and/or German

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a network, flexible and a positive attitude

Familiar with Office 365 environment

SAP S/4 ERP system and/or Ariba knowledge
