Operational Support Executive (yayasan)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Yayasan Transaction Executive to manage end-to-end financial and administrative activities for the Yayasan. This role focuses on handling payments to volunteers, monitoring fund utilisation, and ensuring all Yayasan transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with internal governance and policies.

This position plays an essential support role to ensure smooth financial operations for all Yayasan programmes, initiatives, and community activities.

Transaction & Payment Management



Process and monitor all Yayasan-related payments, including allowances, reimbursements, and claims from volunteers. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payment documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for verification, approvals, and supporting documents.

Financial Administration



Maintain complete and organised records of Yayasan transactions, receipts, and financial documents. Assist in preparing monthly transaction summaries, tracking fund utilisation, and updating internal logs or systems. Support budgeting activities during programme planning by providing historical spending or transaction data.

Governance & Compliance



Ensure all Yayasan financial activities comply with internal SOPs, governance requirements, and audit standards. Prepare and provide supporting documents for audit review when required.

Volunteer & Programme Support



Liaise with volunteers to collect accurate payment details, attendance, and activity reporting needed for allowance processing. Provide administrative support for Yayasan programmes, events, and community outreach activities.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement



Assist in generating periodic reports on financial activities, programme expenses, and fund allocation updates. Identify gaps and recommend improvements to streamline Yayasan transaction processes.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of experience in finance/admin roles; exposure to NGO, charity or volunteer-based operations is an advantage. Strong attention to detail with good organising and record-keeping skills. Good communication skills and able to liaise professionally with internal teams and volunteers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic financial documentation.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
