To assist Operations Manager / Sales Manager in daily operations, activities and tasks;
To ensure that all assigned work activities and operations are carried out smoothly, timely and compiled with the Company's requirements;
To be responsible for all IT, HR and Administrative, related matters within the branch;
To carry out Accounting related matters such as Petty Cash claim reimbursement, issue Credit Note and Debit Note, prepare and make payment, arrange bank in of cash and cheques and system knock off for customers' payments;
To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
Requirement:
Diploma in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent and at least 1 year of working experience;
Computer literate and experienced in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel);
Responsible, well-organized and meticulous;
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay.
