Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Freight Coordination:



Sourcing of shipping vendors - to obtain competitive costings. Handles operational arrangements with shipping partners Maintain shipping records

2. Raw ingredients arrangements



Handles all coordination between, raw ingredients supplier, shipping vendors and Biopax. Manages shipping arrangements Assist on filing and documentation

3. Data Entry & Documentation:



Update and maintain warehouse records, including shipping and receiving logs, inventory spreadsheets.

4. General Administrative Support:



Assist with administrative tasks related to day-to-day operations, misc. purchases, daily filings/documentation Support on special projects if needed.

5. Reporting & Performance Metrics



Prepare and present performance reports, including KPIs Monitor and track warehouse metrics, including receiving and shipping accuracy, cost management Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly performance reviews, highlighting key operational metrics and recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, is a plus.

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration, data entry, or a logistics-related role.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with warehouse management software (WMS). Ability to create detailed and accurate reports and present data clearly. Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple data points simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and coordination. Ability to perform basic data entry and manage inventory systems accurately.

Note: Open to Malaysian workers who are interested in working in Singapore. We will apply for a work permit for the selected candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
