Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations.
Issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
Perform appointment booking with customer.
Conduct
weekly stock take
and keep inventory records.
Prepare financial statements and assist with payroll.
Edit product photos and upload listings to Shopee.
Arrange
appointment bookings
for customers.
Support other ad-hoc office tasks when required.
Requirements:
Experience in admin and accounting roles.
Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System
Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of photo editing (e.g. Canva).
Familiar with Shopee seller platform.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Must be able to speak
Chinese, English, and Malay.
Own transport to office.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
