Maintain up-to-date records for student, staff, and centre operations
Ensure invoices, receipts, claims, and reimbursements are processed accurately and on time
Prepare and track operational reports required by HQ
Support procurement, inventory monitoring, and supplier coordination
B. Licensing & Compliance
Assist with licence applications, renewals, and related documentation
Maintain compliance records required by authorities & franchisor
Ensure timely follow-up on renewals and approvals
C. Operations Coordination
Provide support to principals on daily operations as required
Coordinate manpower arrangements when necessary
Liaise with contractors/vendors for maintenance and operational tasks
Assist in organising trainings, meetings, and centre events
D. Communication
Provide timely communication between centres and HQ
Maintain professional and efficient responses to operational-related inquiries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
