We are currently recruiting for an Operations and Automation Manager role with a renowned private equity company which houses quite a few large retail brands, running their warehouse operations and automation projects around Selangor.
- Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategies and process improvement activities to optimize efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Analyse warehouse operations and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of warehouse automation projects.
- Be the subject matter expert in managing automation and operations for retail and pharmaceutical warehouses.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing both operations and automation in the retail warehousing/ pharmaceutical warehousing industry.
- Proven capability of scaling warehouse operations to support an expanding retail business.
